Lucinda Dupee
Lucinda is a glass artist who works in her small cabin studio overlooking the ever-changing waters of Christina Lake. She enjoys the phenomenon of light that manifests itself everywhere. It is there, in the colours shimmering in the glass and shining in each glass wire that her passion for glasswork reveals itself. Located on the picturesque Christina Lake in southern British Columbia, glass lamp-work artist Lucinda Dupee creates beads that capture the whimsy in ordinary things. From beads of sea and lake creatures to the common chicken, these colourful items jump from Lucinda's imagination as she highlights nature's quirkiness in her small pieces of art.
